One of my favorite pieces in my closet is this simple coral chiffon skirt. I spotted this in a Forever21 store in Pasadena, CA, a part of the Essentials collection for only $13.80. The vibrant solid color makes it easy to match with any black, white, or gray shirt. With the flowy fabric and thick waistband, this skirt is definitely a keeper!
Oscar de la Renta is another fashion designer whom I adore because of his marvelous creations, including this black gown. The sweetheart neckline and the bejeweled belt at the waist are my two favorite aspects that make this gown not your average black dress. The light ruching in the skirt also gives this evening dress some flare.
My new obsession: Ellie Saab Couture 2013 Collection. This lavender gown (from the collection) utilizes many aspects of the whole collection, from the sequined bodice to the light chiffon skirt to the pastel color. And the mini belt at the waist, plus the deep V, are nice touches to the dress that give it that “couture” look.
Behold: Jeffrey Campbell Lace Up Platform Ankle Boots. These are so chic and stylish, I would snatch them in a second. I saw someone wear them once for mass, paired with a simple black long sleeve and a peach chiffon maxi skirt. Most beautiful outfit I have ever seen with these shoes. http://www.harveynichols.com/womens/categories-1/designer-shoes/high-heels/s374738-lace-up-platform-ankle-boots.html?colour=TAUPE
This ivory knee-length tulle skirt is absolutely to die for! Because it’s so versatile, you can pair it with almost everything, like the tucked in sweater and clutch shown. The poofy fabric gives it a princess feel, making any girl feel special.
This mint green strapless sweetheart ballgown is perfect for prom! It’s so simple, yet so beautiful, and with the added bow accent at the belt, it completes the dress. The slit at mid thigh is a sexy touch, but gives you more height because of how much leg is shown.
Who said ‘happily ever after’ only exists in fairytales? This Isadora gown would be a perfect fit for Cinderella, as the gold sparkles cascade from the strapless bodice to the nude chiffon skirt. I’d wear this to a ball, but only if I could find my glass slippers. ;)
I have never seen a girlier pair of heels than these hot pink polka dot ones! They are quite adorable, and work well with a simple solid colored top and skirt, or even a dress, but something that won’t clash with these polkas!
This flimsy peach boyfriend tee is perfect for a casual outfit, paired with skinny jeans and some wedges, or even a little fancier, with a blazer, nice dress slacks, and high heels. Can you say date night?
